With what development processes are you familiar? We've developed systems in a CMMI environment, and are quite familiar with process. Whether involved in the entire development life cycle, or only a portion, consider us an extension of your development team. We will conform to whatever standard processes you have in place. Please contact us to discuss this further. How does support work after you've delivered software? You can contract us for support on an as-needed basis, or you can retain us permanently. It all depends on your needs. What sort of business arrangements are possible? We're open to an arrangement that suits your business needs. If given sufficient technical information, we can provide a fixed price quotation. Alternately, we can provide an hourly time and materials quotation. Other possible arrangments exist. Please contact us so we can discuss your business needs. Where is the work physically done? The work can be done at your facility, at ours or a combination of both. Typically a combination works well, with system integration and test occurring at your facility.
